Client Agreement & Booking Policy

By booking an appointment and ticking this box, you agree to the following terms at Avia Clinic:

1. Medical Disclosure
You confirm that all medical information provided is complete and accurate. You are responsible for informing your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. Avia Clinic accepts no liability for complications arising from undisclosed or inaccurate information.

2. Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

3. Results & Expectations
Results vary between individuals depending on factors such as biology and lifestyle. While professional products and techniques are used, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Fees are charged for the practitioner’s time, expertise, and products used, not for guaranteed results.

4. Aftercare
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Avia Clinic is not responsible for any complications or suboptimal results arising from failure to follow post-treatment guidance.

5. Informed Consent
You acknowledge that non-surgical aesthetic treatments carry minor and temporary risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, or tenderness. You consent to proceed with full understanding of these risks.

6. Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a late cancellation and the appointment may be forfeited.
